Born and raised in the turbulence of South Africa in the 1980’s, I travelled to Ireland in my twenties and there I stayed for nearly a decade before relocating to sunny Queensland, Australia.

For years I have loved to write, jotting down notes and anecdotes in travel journals to be recycled into articles and later, short stories as I turned to writing fiction. My focus is on creating relatable characters in believable tales and the result is my debut novel Runaway Cara, a story of friendship, love and the unpredictability of life.

When I am not writing or working a day job in IT I get my kicks from travel, photography and ballroom dancing.
